Why I Created WashWise
For years, I worked in finance and was constantly on the move—early workouts, long workdays, flights, weekends away, and everything in between. Like so many people, my clothes came with me through every part of my life. Yet the only time anyone seemed to care for them was after they went into the washing machine or to the dry cleaner.
It made me wonder: what about everything in between?
The laundry industry has spent decades improving what happens inside the washing machine, but almost no one stopped to think about what happens everywhere else. That's where our clothes actually live. That's where they pick up odors, wrinkles, and wear from everyday life. And that's where I believed there had to be a better way.
